Help Dogs Find A Home With Images

Anyone that has ever owned a dog, will tell you with pride, that there really is no doubt that a dog is man’s best friend, but beyond the glamour of the dog shows such as Crufts 2014 there are countless dogs left abandoned in shelters. Step forward Photographer and artist Sarolta Bán who resides in Budapest and has embarked on a new project to new project to help abandoned dogs.

Sadly few dogs have the chance to appear on a photo that will help them get out of the shelter and be with a loving family like they deserve. A photo that stands out from the crowd, and ‘speaks’ to a person could actually make a massive difference to an animal.

Sarolta would really like to help sheltered animals and prove that a good picture really can be worth a thousand words.

The artist has over 103,000 followers on her Facebook and has given everyone just over a month to drop by and upload a photo of the dog dogs (and cats or other animals) you want to help and create photo montages with them. This can bring extra visibility and maybe helps to give bigger impact. The future owner will get a free print of the picture.

Photoshop seems to have a bad name as of late, which is mainly for its overuse of altering the likes of Kim Kardashian and co on the cover of magazines, but this project beautifully illustrates how you can create art but also help make a difference at the same time. So if you know of any animal that deserves a chance of being with a loving family, then why not drop by her Facebook page now.
