As a LinkedIn Top Voice and the host of more than 4,000 podcast interviews with senior leaders across technology and business, I have built a reputation around consistency, clarity, and trust.
This recognition did not come from chasing trends or optimizing for algorithms. It came from showing up over many years with informed perspectives, grounded conversations, and a genuine commitment to helping people understand what technology actually means for their work and organizations.
Much of that credibility has been built through Tech Talks Daily, the flagship show of the Tech Talks Network. The podcast recently marked its tenth anniversary, passing seven million downloads since launch and releasing 400 interviews in 2025 alone.
These conversations were downloaded 2.3 million times in a single year, putting the show in the top 1% globally. That sustained reach matters because it reflects an audience that returns for substance, not noise.
On LinkedIn, I apply the same approach. With more than 22,000 followers and 11,000 newsletter subscribers, my content consistently reaches senior decision-makers, startup founders, and Fortune 500 leaders who want informed discussion rather than recycled opinion.
Becoming a LinkedIn Top Voice was the result of focusing on one clear area of expertise, contributing original thinking, and engaging in real conversations that others found useful enough to respond to and share.
LinkedIn rewards people who add value in a way that feels human. In my experience, that means writing in your own voice, being specific rather than generic, and staying consistent long after the novelty wears off.
It also means engaging thoughtfully with others, responding to their ideas, and treating LinkedIn as a professional conversation space rather than a broadcast channel. Over time, that approach builds trust with both the audience and the platform itself.
I now help other leaders apply the same principles without turning LinkedIn into another time drain. That often involves shaping raw ideas into clear posts, helping define a focused point of view, and building a realistic publishing rhythm that fits around an already busy role.
The goal is not to chase badges or vanity metrics, but to create a visible body of work that reflects how you think, what you stand for, and why your perspective matters.
For leaders who want to be taken seriously online, consistency and clarity will always outperform volume.
My role is to help translate experience into content that earns attention over time, builds credibility with the right audience, and supports long-term professional goals, whether that leads to Top Voice recognition or simply a stronger, more trusted presence.
